What identification do I need to present to the notary?
Generally, you'll need to provide a government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, passport, or state ID card. The ID should be current and unexpired. If that is not available, ask us about 2 credible witnesses.
Is notarization the same as legal advice?
No, notaries are not authorized to provide legal advice or draft legal documents. Their role is limited to witnessing signatures and verifying identities.
How much does notary services cost?
Each act will be $15.00 plus a travel fee, and if applicable, a print fee.
